You say you grow organic, why aren’t you certified?

I do not use inorganic practices or chemicals on my farm. I am not certified because as a small farmer it is very expensive to certify so not affordable for a small business like mine. Also I borrow and lease land to grow crops therefore it may not be possible to be certified due to the multi plot system I farm.
